If you are unsatisfied with your Ava bracelet purchase for any reason, you may return your device within 30 days of app registration for a full refund. Only devices purchased directly from AvaWomen.com are eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, send an email to our Customer Success Team here. They will then email you a link to purchase a pre-paid shipping label.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested from the Customer Success Team within 30 days of when you receive your Ava and register on the Ava app.
- You must return the bracelet to Ava to receive a refund. Returned bracelets must not be physically broken or damaged.
- You must include your original order number and shipping address with your return so we can confirm the package has been returned to our warehouse.
Other terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges. In addition, you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned device while in transit back to Ava.
- Upon receipt of the returned device, you will be refunded to your original form of payment within 10-15 business days.
