At Ava, our mission is to provide women with trustworthy<\/strong> and accurate<\/strong> information about their bodies. There are so many misconceptions out there about trying to get pregnant. But understanding how the menstrual cycle works is both fascinating and practical.<\/p>\n

We wanted to see just how much women know when they go into the TTC process, so we completed a survey of 2,100 women about their attitudes and opinions around fertility. It turns out that many women underestimate how long it will take to get pregnant, while at the same time aren’t fully aware of actions they can take to increase their chances (timing intercourse around the fertile window with the Ava bracelet<\/a> doubles the chances of conceiving per cycle, compared to untimed intercourse, according to this study<\/a>).<\/p>\n
