La FPR llega a su punto m\u00e1s bajo durante la menstruaci\u00f3n, pero varios d\u00edas antes de ovular, empieza a aumentar. En nuestro estudio cl\u00ednico, observamos un aumento medio de unos dos latidos por minuto (lpm) en comparaci\u00f3n con la fase menstrual pero la cantidad\u00a0de latidos de m\u00e1s\u00a0variar\u00e1 de una mujer a otra. A veces, la frecuencia del pulso en reposo cae durante la fase l\u00fatea, aunque el ciclo sea ovulatorio. Durante el d\u00eda, cuando realizas las t\u00edpicas actividades diarias, la temperatura de la piel es incluso m\u00e1s baja y se ve altamente influenciada por el entorno en el que est\u00e1s. Pero, cuando te vas a dormir, aumenta la temperatura de la piel. Es decir, aumenta despu\u00e9s de la ovulaci\u00f3n, se mantiene elevada durante la fase l\u00fatea y vuelve a descender en los d\u00edas en los que llega la siguiente regla.
