Chez certaines femmes, un cycle de 34 jours est tout \u00e0 fait sain. Pour nombre d\u2019entre elles, la dur\u00e9e du cycle change d\u2019un mois sur l\u2019autre. Cette variation naturelle est en grande partie saine et normale.<\/p>\n<p>Mais toutes les variations ne traduisent pas une bonne sant\u00e9. En d\u00e9tectant votre cycle, vous pouvez apprendre \u00e0 faire la diff\u00e9rence entre ce qui est normal et ce qui peut indiquer un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 sous-jacent. Pour cette raison, nous pensons que toutes les femmes devraient comprendre comment interpr\u00e9ter leurs cycles, et pas seulement celles qui cherchent \u00e0 concevoir un enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a toute une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019outils que vous pouvez utiliser pour suivre votre cycle. Une fois que vous avez trouv\u00e9 ce qui vous convient, voici les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019un cycle sain auxquels vous devriez vous int\u00e9resser.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>L\u2019ovulation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Un cycle menstruel sain comprend une ovulation. Pendant la premi\u00e8re partie du cycle, la phase folliculaire, plusieurs follicules m\u00fbrissent dans vos ovaires. L\u2019un d\u2019entre eux arrivera plus vite \u00e0 maturation que les autres, et rel\u00e2chera un ovule. L\u2019ovule met grossi\u00e8rement deux semaines \u00e0 m\u00fbrir, mais cette dur\u00e9e varie consid\u00e9rablement d\u2019une femme \u00e0 l\u2019autre, mais aussi chez la m\u00eame femme d\u2019un cycle \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avawomen.com\/fr\/avaworld\/stress-et-fertilite\/\">stress<\/a>, l\u2019exercice physique, le r\u00e9gime alimentaire peuvent tous avoir un impact sur l\u2019ovulation, soit en la retardant, soit en l\u2019emp\u00eachant compl\u00e8tement. Si vous suivez votre cycle, vous pourriez observer que vous avez ovul\u00e9 plus tard qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ordinaire, ou que vous n\u2019avez pas ovul\u00e9 du tout. Il est normal que cela arrive une \u00e0 deux fois par an, sans que ce soit inqui\u00e9tant. Mais si vos cycles sont constamment longs ou anovulatoires, vous devriez en parler \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin et envisager l\u2019impact du stress.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi devriez-vous vous soucier d\u2019ovuler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement\u00a0? Si vous essayer de tomber enceinte, c\u2019est tr\u00e8s simple\u00a0: il est impossible de concevoir un enfant sans ovuler. Mais m\u00eame si vous n\u2019essayez pas de concevoir, l\u2019ovulation reste un indicateur important de votre sant\u00e9. L\u2019ovulation vous indique qu\u2019un pic d\u2019\u0153stradiol et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avawomen.com\/fr\/avaworld\/role-progesterone-8-impacts\/\">progest\u00e9rone <\/a>survient tous les mois. Ces pics hormonaux ne garantissent pas seulement votre fertilit\u00e9\u00a0; ils sont \u00e9galement indispensables \u00e0 la construction et au maintien de vos structures osseuses, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de votre cerveau sur le long terme, et \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 de votre peau, de vos cheveux et de vos ongles.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Une phase lut\u00e9ale d\u2019au moins 10 jours<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avawomen.com\/fr\/avaworld\/phase-luteale\/\">phase lut\u00e9ale<\/a> est la deuxi\u00e8me partie de votre cycle menstruel, entre l\u2019ovulation et les r\u00e8gles. Elle doit son nom au \u00ab\u00a0corpus luteum\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le corps jaune qui reste du follicule dans lequel l\u2019ovule m\u00fbrissait avant l\u2019ovulation. Le corpus luteum produit de la progest\u00e9rone, qui nourrit la paroi ut\u00e9rine pour pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 une \u00e9ventuelle grossesse. Si l\u2019ovule n\u2019est pas f\u00e9cond\u00e9, le corpus luteum cesse de produire de la progest\u00e9rone au bout de 10 \u00e0 16 jours, et la paroi ut\u00e9rine se d\u00e9sint\u00e8gre pendant vos r\u00e8gles.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 la phase folliculaire dont la dur\u00e9e peut varier de fa\u00e7on significative, notamment en fonction du stress, la dur\u00e9e de la phase lut\u00e9ale ne varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de plus d\u2019un jour chez une femme donn\u00e9e. Une phase lut\u00e9ale de moins de 10 jours peut compliquer les choses si vous cherchez \u00e0 tomber enceinte, puisque l\u2019endom\u00e8tre se d\u00e9sint\u00e8gre avant qu\u2019un ovule f\u00e9cond\u00e9 ait pu s\u2019y implanter. Le stress, l\u2019\u00e2ge, le surpoids ou la maigreur, et l\u2019exercice physique peuvent parfois raccourcir la phase lut\u00e9ale.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si vous n\u2019essayez pas de concevoir, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avawomen.com\/fr\/avaworld\/test-taux-de-progesterone-21eme-jour\/\">dur\u00e9e de la phase lut\u00e9ale<\/a> est importante puisque c\u2019est un bon indicateur de votre niveau de progest\u00e9rone. Une phase lut\u00e9ale courte est aussi un signe d\u2019un faible niveau de progest\u00e9rone, ce qui peut avoir des r\u00e9percussions sur votre sant\u00e9 osseuse, entre autres. (Les autres signes d\u2019un faible niveau de progest\u00e9rone incluent des saignements pendant la phase lut\u00e9ale et une faible temp\u00e9rature corporelle basale pendant cette m\u00eame phase.)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Des menstruations sans douleur d\u00e9bilitante et \u00e0 dur\u00e9e normale<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les saignements dus aux r\u00e8gles varient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019une femme \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Bien que le volume total de flux menstruel le plus courant soit d\u2019environ deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe, la quantit\u00e9 exacte peut aller de quelques gouttes \u00e0 plus de deux tasses\u00a0! Le flux est souvent plus important chez les femmes grandes, chez les femmes qui ont eu des enfants, et chez celles en p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause. La dur\u00e9e normale des r\u00e8gles est de 4 \u00e0 6 jours, et le volume normal de pertes sanguines est de 10 \u00e0 35 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement possible de traiter les r\u00e8gles abondantes, mais le traitement d\u00e9pend alors de l\u2019origine de ces pertes abondantes. Il existe multiples causes notamment les polypes, l\u2019endom\u00e9triose, les fibromes, et m\u00eame les st\u00e9rilets contenant du cuivre. Si vous \u00eates inqui\u00e8te \u00e0 propos du volume de sang que vous perdez pendant vos r\u00e8gles, parlez-en \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin. Il vous demandera probablement de quantifier ce volume. Un tampon ou une serviette de taille moyenne tremp\u00e9(e) de sang menstruel retient 5 ml de sang.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle qu\u2019en soit la cause, les r\u00e8gles abondantes peuvent provoquer une carence en fer.
