Aber was ist mit dem Schlaf in der Zeit vor der Schwangerschaft?<\/p>\n<p>Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der Schlafrhythmus den Hormonhaushalt des K\u00f6rpers beeinflusst. Fehlt dir ausreichend Schlaf, so wirkt sich das auf deine Fruchtbarkeit aus.<\/p>\n<h3>Schlaf und Hormone<\/h3>\n<p>Wenn dein K\u00f6rper schl\u00e4ft, produziert er Melantonin, ein Hormon, das f\u00fcr den gesunden Schlaf-Wach-Zyklus sorgt. Melantonin sch\u00fctzt auch die Eizelle vor sch\u00e4dlichen Einfl\u00fcssen wie z.B. freie Radikale. Ohne ausreichenden Schlaf, k\u00f6nnen Eizellen besch\u00e4digt und verworfen werden. Dies kann die Fruchtbarkeit vermindern und m\u00f6glicherweise sogar zu Fehlgeburten f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiteres reproduktives Hormon, das vom Schlaf beeinflusst wird, ist Leptin. Leptin ist vor allem bekannt als ein Appetit-regulierendes Hormon, aber es spielt auch eine Rolle in der Ovulation. Wenn die Leptinproduktion beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird, k\u00f6nnen Menstruationszyklen unregelm\u00e4\u00dfig werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie viel Schlaf braucht es?<\/h3>\n<p>Frauen, die versuchen, schwanger zu werden, sollten acht Stunden pro Nacht schlafen. Es ist nat\u00fcrlich ein Teufelskreis: Stress beeinflusst den Schlaf und ausreichend Schlaf wiederum senkt den Stresspegel.<\/p>\n<h3>Tipps f\u00fcr einen guten Schlaf<\/h3>\n<p>Der Familienarzt Dr. David Fisher erkl\u00e4rt, dass Studien zwar ergeben haben, dass es \u201eim Allgemeinen sicher\u201c ist, Schlafmittel wie Diphenhydramin (in vielen Antihistaminen enthalten) zu nehmen. Aber es gibt ausreichend nat\u00fcrliche Hilfsmittel, die eine sehr gute Alternative sind. So machen z.B. Kamillentee und hei\u00dfe Milch m\u00fcde und schl\u00e4frig. Dr. Fisher warnt auch davor, mit Schlafmitteln zu experimentieren, die als \u201enat\u00fcrlich\u201c angeboten werden, aber nicht durch die Lebensmittel\u00fcberwachungsbeh\u00f6rde der USA (FDA) genehmigt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Der sicherste Weg, regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Schlafgewohnheiten zu pflegen, ist, dass Du jeden Tag zur gleichen Zeit einschl\u00e4fst und aufwachst. Zudem f\u00f6rdern in der Vorbereitung auf eine Schwangerschaft gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung und regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Aktivit\u00e4t Ruhe und Entspannung. Versuche, Lebensmittel zu vermeiden, die Sodbrennen verursachen, wie z.B. scharfe Gew\u00fcrze, kohlens\u00e4urehaltige Getr\u00e4nke und frittierte Lebensmittel. Trinke jeden Tag ausreichend Fl\u00fcssigkeit.
