Diese Gewohnheit solltest Du w\u00e4hrend der Schwangerschaft beibehalten, damit Du auch in dieser Zeit fit bleibst.<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Jahren scheinen sich einige werdende M\u00fctter Fitnessprogrammen zu unterwerfen, die \u201ezu extrem\u201c sind. Bilder von werdenden M\u00fcttern mit gest\u00e4hlten Bauchmuskeln, die extrem schwere Gewichte stemmen k\u00f6nnen, haben sich \u00fcberall verbreitet. Die Physiotherapeutin Alison Bourne empfiehlt, dass alle Sportarten vermieden werden sollten, die St\u00fcrze, St\u00f6\u00dfe oder R\u00fcckenverletzungen verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Wasserski, Reiten und andere potenziell riskante Sportarten sollten in der Schwangerschaft und insbesondere in der zweiten H\u00e4lfte der Schwangerschaft vermieden werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das hei\u00dft nat\u00fcrlich nicht, dass Du jegliche physische Aktivit\u00e4t vermeiden musst. Denn ein Sportprogramm vor und w\u00e4hrend der Schwangerschaft hilft deinem K\u00f6rper, mit dem zus\u00e4tzlichen Gewicht in der Schwangerschaft umzugehen, bereitet dich besser auf die k\u00f6rperlichen Anstrengungen in den Wehen vor und hilft dir, nach der Geburt wieder schneller in Form zu kommen. Bourne empfiehlt Sportarten, die den Beckenboden st\u00e4rken (wie z.B. Pilates) und den Kreislauf und die Herzfrequenz in Schwung halten (wie z.B. Aerobic, Tanzen, Radfahren und Schwimmen), ohne deine Gelenke zu belasten. Schwimmen ist f\u00fcr schwangere Frauen besonders gut, da es gegen geschwollene F\u00fc\u00dfe hilft.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger empfiehlt die Mayo-Klinik in den USA Walking. 30 Minuten moderates Training an mehreren Tagen in der Woche tut den meisten schwangeren Frauen sehr gut. In Bezug auf Krafttraining empfiehlt die Klinik, dass schwangere Frauen \u201ekeine schweren Gewichte heben sollen\u201c. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen sie auf gef\u00e4hrliche Anzeichen wie Kopfschmerzen, schnellen Herzschlag, Kurzatmigkeit und Vaginalblutungen achten.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Du bereits Sport getrieben hast, bevor Du planst, schwanger zu werden, solltest Du diese Aktivit\u00e4t auch weiter fortsetzen, selbst wenn es anstrengend und erm\u00fcdend ist. Du kannst die Intensit\u00e4t aber auch etwas reduzieren und dir eine leichtere Routine angew\u00f6hnen, um dein Sportprogramm auf eine Schwangerschaft abzustimmen.
