Aber die neuesten Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass eine Di\u00e4t direkt vor einer Schwangerschaft sich auch auf die DNA des Babys auswirken kann. Daher ist es im Interesse der Mutter selbst (und ihres Babys), sich bereits vor der Befruchtung gesunde Essgewohnheiten anzueignen. Eine ausgewogene Ern\u00e4hrung mit Vollkornprodukten, verschiedenen Gem\u00fcsesorten, frischem Obst, fettreduzierten Milchprodukten und Eiwei\u00dfen empfiehlt sich f\u00fcr alle Menschen, die sich gesund ern\u00e4hren m\u00f6chten. Und wenn Du planst schwanger zu werden, solltest Du besonders darauf achten, bestimmte N\u00e4hrstoffe in deinen Ern\u00e4hrungsplan aufzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Dein Allgemeinmediziner oder Gyn\u00e4kologe kann dir Erg\u00e4nzungsstoffe und viele N\u00e4hrstoffe empfehlen, die Du w\u00e4hrend der Schwangerschaft ben\u00f6tigst und die sich auch in nat\u00fcrlichen Lebensmitteln finden. So sind N\u00fcsse, Bohnen, Zitrusfr\u00fcchte und Blattgem\u00fcse z.B. reich an Fols\u00e4ure. Wenn Du allerdings eine Nahrungserg\u00e4nzung einnimmst, ist es ganz sicher, dass Du ausreichend Fols\u00e4ure zu dir nimmst. Du ben\u00f6tigst ca. 400 Mikrogramm Fols\u00e4ure pro Tag.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser kraftvolle N\u00e4hrstoff reduziert das Risiko bestimmter Geburtsfehler, wie z.B. einer offenen Wirbels\u00e4ule. Die Einnahme von Fols\u00e4ure ist zwar in den ersten 28 Tagen nach der Befruchtung besonders wichtig, doch viele Frauen wissen in dieser Zeit noch gar nicht, dass sie schwanger sind. Daher ist es wichtig, dass Du Fols\u00e4ure bereits einnimmst, wenn Du planst, schwanger zu werden. Du solltest also, wenn Du eine Schwangerschaft planst, unmittelbar mit der Einnahme von Fols\u00e4ure beginnen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch Eisen ist als Vorbereitung auf eine Schwangerschaft zur St\u00e4rkung des weiblichen K\u00f6rpers wichtig. Viele Frauen haben aufgrund der Monatsperiode einen Eisenmangel. Wenn Du unter einem Eisenmangel leidest, solltest Du einen Arzt bitten, dir Eisenprodukte oder Eisenspritzen zu empfehlen. Aber selbst wenn dein Eisengehalt im Blut ausreichend ist, solltest Du eisenhaltige Lebensmittel zu dir nehmen, damit das auch so bleibt. Lebensmittel mit hohen Eisengehalt: Lamm, Rind, Schwein, Innereien (z.B. Leber), H\u00fchnchen, Ente, dunkles Putenfleisch und gr\u00fcnes Blattgem\u00fcse wie z.B. Gr\u00fcnkohl und andere Kohlsorten.<\/p>\n<p>Auch eine Extraportion Milchprodukte, wie Milch oder Jogurt, ist zu empfehlen. So kannst Du deinen Kalziumhaushalt ins Gleichgewicht bringen, denn Kalzium ist ein wichtiger N\u00e4hrstoff f\u00fcr die Gesundheit deines Babys und f\u00fcr deine eigene Gesundheit.
