Ava wins the biggest Swiss startup prize and gets awarded 130k CHF in total funding and access to a relevant network to further fuel its growth and revolutionize women’s health.
The largest Swiss telecom provider Swisscom has selected Ava among the top startups of Switzerland. As an award, Swisscom’s outpost in San Francisco will support Ava with the US market launch, and further strengthen Ava’s position in the tech community in Silicon Valley.
Among more than 200 of the finest Swiss startup companies, Ava has won the de Vigier Award. This is one of the most prestigious awards in the Swiss innovation ecosystem.
In context with future plans to introduce its solution in China, Ava has protected its technology in China. Supported by a renowned local attorney, the application will further strengthen Ava’s international IP-protection.
The Swiss Commission for Technology and Innovation CTI has approved a research project to further develop the Ava technology. Startup company Ava is supported by the three renowned scientific partners University Hospital of Zurich, CSEM, and EMPA.
