What makes Ava different?

  • It’s smart

Ava uses seven physiological parameters including temperature, resting pulse rate, and breathing rate, to track the cycle. The University Hospital of Zurich published a peer-reviewed study about how resting pulse rate changes during the fertile window.

  • It’s convenient

With Ava, there’s no need to make any special effort to track your cycle. Just wear it while you sleep, and the rest is taken care of.

  • It’s real-time

Unlike the temperature method, which only tells you after you’ve ovulated, Ava detects signs that the body is preparing to ovulate up to five days in advance.

  • It gives you more time

Ava is clinically proven to detect an average of five fertile days per cycle—giving you and your partner more flexibility around planning for babymaking.

  • It's backed by science

Ava was created by a team of doctors and researchers committed to advancing scientific understanding of the menstrual cycle. We don’t just make products, we conduct clinical studies and publish peer-reviewed papers.

  • It provides health insight

In addition to your fertile window, Ava tracks your sleep, physiological stress level, and resting heart rate, providing a holistic understanding of your health.

I was spending way too much time fumbling around with OPKs. I was mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted with the TTC process. Finally, my husband and I saw an ad for Ava on Facebook, and decided to give it a try. I received my Ava last week and I’m just very grateful for how easy it is to use. I’ve had a few issues with syncing, but the band hasn’t broken/doesn’t seem like it will and customer service was helpful with my sync issues. This is already so much better than peeing on sticks – thanks for such awesome technology, Ava!

I have irregular periods, and a difficult time tracking ovulation…I knew going in that I may not get as quick results, but I felt I would get much clearer information about my body by using Ava sooner rather than later…it gives me great hope for future babies!

I’m taking Clomid this month and expected to ovulate around CD16. I was surprised to see that my fertility was showing as high on CD 12, so we BD’d when we probably wouldn’t have yet otherwise. Then sure enough, on CD 13 I got a positive OPK. That was very exciting and made me a believer! 🙂 There are definite opportunities for this product: I think many of us users trust the science behind the results, but would like visuals to see what trends the bracelet picks up, or how it’s detected my fertility window to show that it’s truly based on the sensors and not the cycle day. It could be that I have more to learn about using Ava, but with 9 different data points, we only get to see 4 of those and to see how things trend, we have to scroll through the days. Sounds like they are working on this now, but hopefully this will be added soon as it will be a huge part of Ava. Overall I’m incredibly happy with this product and I am excited and hopeful to conceive!

1-year guarantee of pregnancy*
  • We strive to help our users to fulfill their dream of becoming pregnant faster and on their own terms, but unfortunately sometimes we are not able to. In the unfortunate event of unsuccessful tries over the course of a year we are offering a money-back guarantee for such cases.
  • 1-year guarantee of pregnancy means you’re protected if you wore the Ava bracelet continuously for at least one year and didn’t get pregnant during that time. You’ll get a full refund if the following conditions are met:
  • Your Ava bracelet has been shipped to you min. 12 months and max. 15 months ago.
  • You are the original purchaser of the Ava bracelet.
  • Ava has received your returned bracelet.
  • You haven’t become pregnant since you began using Ava (please note that while Ava cannot prevent miscarriage/pregnancy loss, these occurrences will not void this guarantee).
  • You have worn the Ava bracelet regularly. We require that you synced your Ava on average 80% of your cycle across all your complete cycles during the first 12 months of using Ava. A cycle is considered ‘complete’ when both the first day of your menses and the last day before the next menses are within the 12-month timeframe of first using Ava. In case of the unfortunate event of a pregnancy not carried to term, your time in pregnancy mode in the app will be regarded as one complete cycle. Days where Ava makes it impossible for you to wear your bracelet (e.g. during replacement shipping) or where you have technical syncing issues, count as synced days.
  • You allow the Ava Customer Success team to look into this data at the time you request a return.
