Is Ava right for me?

Ava is right for you if:

  • You’re considering getting pregnant in the future and want to make sure your body is ready
  • You’re ready to try for a baby, and you want to do it the smart way
  • You’ve been trying to conceive for a few months, and it hasn’t happened yet, so you want to get serious about tracking your fertility
  • You’ve been trying to conceive for a year or more, and want to be absolutely sure you’re not missing any of your chances
  • You’re not trying to get pregnant, but you’re interested in learning more about your cycles and enhancing your use of a fertility awareness-based method

Ava has not been tested with:

  • Cycles that are usually shorter than 24 days or longer than 35 days
  • Diagnosed fertility conditions that interrupt normal ovulation such as PCOS or hypothalamic amenorrhea
  • Severe endometriosis with scarring that blocks ovulation

Ava has received overwhelming interest from women who struggle with fertility issues. We understand how much harder it is to track your cycles, and how much you could benefit from a product that made it easier to know the best time to try to conceive.

It was not possible to test our first release on women with highly irregular cycles or fertility conditions such as PCOS, but it is something we are committed to doing as Ava grows. In the near-term, we plan to release updates that include detection of anovulatory cycles and more robust tracking of highly irregular cycles.
